构建我国电子化政府的一些思考

电子化政府是运用信息技术创新政府治理和服务的整合概念。其内涵在于建立一个虚拟政府,为公民提供方便、快捷、高质量的公共服务。电子化政府对于提高政府回应力、政府决策能力、政府效率,实现开放政府和责任政府,最终提高国家竞争力具有重要价值。电子化政府实现的前提和基础在于政府信息的公开、政府业务的电子化、政府服务的创新、以及信息技术与政府再造的整合等。

Some Consideration about the Construction of E-government in Our Country

E-government is an integrated concept that the government uses information technology to innovate the government administration and service. Its nature is to set up a fictitious government to provide the convenient, fast and high-qualified public service for citizens. E-government has very great value in improving the ability of government response, its efficiency and achieving open, responsible government. Nowadays the construction of e-government is becoming a trend all over the world, the premise and foundation of fulfilling e-government lie in the open information, electronic business, the innovation of government service and the integration of information technology and government reconstruction.
