| 摘 要： | 目的观察髋动力加压钢板（DHS）内固定在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用和疗效。方法从2003年10月至2006年5月用DHS治疗35例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折，根据随访结果进行分析。35例平均随访13个月，优良率88．6％。结论DHS治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简单，手术创伤小，固定牢固，早期功能锻炼等优点，是治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the results of treating intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly by means of DHS. Method Between October 2003 and May 2006, 35 elderly patients with intertroehanteric fractures were consecutively treated by DHS. Results showed that 88.6 percent of our patients were excellent after an average follow-up of 13 months. Conclusion The use of DHS screws is a simple and efficient fixation device for intertrochanteric fractures among geriatric patients with minimally invasion. This technique allows early mobilization and early functional exercise. Therefore we consider that the technique may be an ideal solution in such cases. |
