产学合作管理机制研究——以北京大学为例

在产学合作过程中,存在四种管理机制:科层、文化、绩效和关系.以北京大学为例的实证研究发现,上述四种管理机制都或多或少会受到环境不确定性、资产专属性和结果可确定性的影响和制约.建议在产学合作过程中采用多种管理机制组合方式,以降低总体交易成本、确保产学合作成效.

The Study of Managerial Mechanism Used in University/Industry Cooperation on the Case of Peking University

The research explored the managerial mechanisms of the context between Industry and University from the foundation of transaction cost analysis and control meehanism theory. The data from a survey of Peking University was analyzed and the result is that all the four kind managerial mechanisms are influenced by transaction cost. and the mix managerial mechanisms are better than single managerial mechanism in China.
