量化管理在图书馆流通工作中的应用--以辽宁师范大学图书馆为例

阐述了量化管理的定义，介绍了在图书馆流通工作岗位，量化管理标准制订的依据及其具体的计算方法。进而分析了在图书馆流通部门实施量化管理应注意的问题及其带来的效果，指出量化管理离不开政策的干预。

Quantified Management Applied in Circulating Department of Libraries

This paper defines the quantified management and the principle that the quantified management standard is made by and introduces its concrete calculating method in the libraries circulating posts, it also analyzes the problems that should be concerned and its bringing effect that the quantified management is put into practice in the circulating department,and points out that the quantified management depends on the interfere of other policies.
