| 摘 要： | “知人”是中国古代重视人才鉴别与选用的体现。“知人”作为一种思想它蕴涵着现代心理测量的理论基础,作为一种实践活动它与现代心理测量有着相似的内容框架,作为一种技术它为现代心理测量提供了方法与手段的基本范式。
