| 摘 要： | 针对工业经济时代企业的行为模式——“他组织”已使企业无法适应这种复杂多变的环境现状，从集成论的视角，提出了必须将企业构建成集成系统，才能从本质上提高企业的适应能力，并分析了企业集成系统的角色和特征，为企业管理创新提供借鉴。
