| 摘 要： | "潜性课程"日益成为教育界倡导的一个热门话题。对人才成长而言,"潜性课程"教育具有举足轻重的作用和影响。它不仅仅是常规课程的补充和延续,还是实实在在、作用巨大的教育和学习形式。舞蹈教学作为一种特殊的施教形式,以"口传心授"的方式传授给学生,在这特殊的"师傅带徒弟"舞蹈教学过程中,教师的个人感知、组织教学和评价作品的不同方式,以及教学手段的选择对学生品格、智力的形成都会产生潜在的影响,进而形成学生独特品格、智力活动方式。将"潜性课程"理念引入舞蹈教育领域,面向不同个性的全体学生,体现了多种能力培养、多样化发展、可持续发展和终身教育的思想精髓。
