| 摘 要： | 我国企业当前技术转移和自主创新状况与国际先进水平相比存在较大的差距,我国企业技术追赶方式正在从引进模仿型向自主创新型转变,技术转移的作用在不断被淡化,自主创新的作用正在日益显现,加强吸收能力积累和促进自主创新是我国今后技术追赶的基本方向。

| Abstract: | The current technological transfer and innovation is still backward compared with international advanced level.China's technological catching-up is transforming from the type of technology import to the type of independent innovation,the role of technological transfer is becoming weaker and the role of independent innovation is increasingly obvious.To enhance absorptive capacity accumulation and to promote independent innovation are the fundamental ways of China's technological catching-up in the future. |
