| 摘 要： | 采用1978~2004年全国各省市城镇居民人均可支配收入数据,用下梯形面积法计算各年份城镇区域基尼系数,通过与按人均GDP计算的区域基尼系数的比较,揭示了改革开放以来我国城镇居民收入区域差距的变动趋势,同时对这种变动的原因进行了解释,并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | By using data of per capita annual disposable income of urban residents in different provinces from 1978 to 2004,the authors calculate regional Gini coefficient of urban resident by computing the area of underneath trapeziums,and compare the results with the Gini coefficient which was computed by using per capita gross domestic product.Then the authors study the changing tendency of urban resident's income disparities among regions after Reform and Opening to the outside world in China,and analyze the reasons of these changes.At last,some policy suggestions are put forward. |
