教育俗民志研究对教师专业发展的意义

摘    要:教育俗民志是俗民志研究范式应用于教育情景的一种研究方法和类型.教育俗民志研究强调研究过程的自然性,注重对微观问题的整体把握,强调定性分析和研究程序的弹性化.教育俗民志研究对于教师的专业发展具有重要意义.教育俗民志研究适用的范围有:学校组织的结构和文化、组织成员的角色行为、学校课程理论与实践、教学评价问题等.

Abstract:Educational ethnography is a research model or method that is applied the paradigm of ethnography in educational environment.Educational ethnography emphasizes the nature of research process,studying micro-question with macro-methodology,analyzing information in qualitative method and the flexibility of research procedure.Education ethnography is important for professional development and teaching research of teachers.Educational ethnography is suitable for some fields as follows:the structure of school and class,the culture of organization,the role performance of organization,the theory and practice of school-based curriculum,teaching and learning evaluation.
