| 摘 要： | WTO争端解决机制是世贸组织在总结关贸总协定40多年的实践经验基础上形成的。鉴于CATT争端解决机制的内容缺乏协调性、程序不明确、法律约束力弱等缺陷,世界贸易组织(WTO)争端解决机制在争端解决的机构设置、管辖、专家小组的组成、程序、保密制度、裁决执行等方面对GATT争端解决机制作了较大的改进和发展,创设了一套较为完善的争端解决机制。

| Abstract: | The WTO system of settlement of dispute is formed on the GATT forty years practice experience. Because the content of the GATT system of settlement is short of coordination, the blur procedure, weak legally binding and so on, WTO has developed the system of settlement of dispute, in the setting up of organization of settlements of dispute, jurisdiction, the making up of expert ,procedure, security system, the verdict of execution and so on. |
