摘    要:采用准相位匹配的PPKTP晶体对连续922nm激光进行外腔谐振倍频,获得461nm激光。对腔的模式匹配、Boyd-Kleinmen聚焦因子及基频光腔内倍增功率等参数进行了理论计算。实验中环形倍频腔采用一体化设计,以提高腔的稳定性。461nm激光的探测的信号经过锁定电路的混频处理后,反馈回倍频腔,以实现激光功率的稳定输出。

Abstract:An external ring cavity for frequency doubling is used to generate 461 nm blue radiation, with PPKTP as a laser frequency doubling crystal. And theoretical calculated mode matching, Boyd-Kleinmen focus factor, enhancement ratio of cavity power , and so on. The cavity is designed incorporated for enhance the power stability. The signal of 461nm laser is detected, and disposed by circuit, then feeds back to the cavity, in order to realize that 461nm laser can output steadily.
