| Abstract: | In Song Dynasties, in order to be adapted to the development of the local governmental schools, the improvement of the teacher staffs was highly emphasized. And accordingly, the system on the recruitment appointment and evaluation of the local teachers, with the focus on "Regulations on the examination of the teachers, was formulated and perfected, which definitely play and important role in promoting the development of the local education career. |
