| Abstract: | This paper, taking NGARI in Tibet as an example, analyzes the present tourism resources in NGARI, presents the new concept of tourism development which focuses on important resources in the short term and exploits the unimportant resources in the long run, expounds the effects and advantages of this new concept, in order to find the available methods of exploiting the western tourism resources while taking the protection of tourism resources into consideration. |
