| Abstract: | The liability insurance has been developing very slowly in China in recent years. However, the space for it is very wide. In this essay, the author has a deep discussion about the significance, the objective environment and the developing countermeasures of it. All of this will be the guide for the development of the insurance industry in China, especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization. |
