混合学习模式在运动员文化学习中的应用研究

摘    要:混合学习能够充分发挥学生学习的积极性和主动性,能很好地提高学生学习的兴趣,这种学习模式非常适合运动员的文化学习。首先简要介绍混合学习模式,然后通过发放问卷、回收问卷和分析问卷,了解运动员文化学习的特点。最后,研究混合学习模式在运动员文化学习中具体应用。对于运动员来讲,混合学习模式主要由课堂学习、自主学习和协作学习三个部分组成,既重视教师的主导作用,又发挥学生的主体作用,更注视学生间的协作互助,以取得更好的学习效果。

Abstract:Blended learning can give full play to students' enthusiasm and initiative, and improve students' interest in learning, which is ideal for athletes of cultural learning. First, blended learning is introduced in this paper. Second, learning outcomes and their impact factors were investigated. And results of the survey were analyzed in order to research the learning modes of athletes in culture education. Last, research on blended learning in culture education of athletes is applied. Blended learning is combined with face to face teaching, independent study and collaborative learning for athletes in their studying process, which can not only emphasize the dominant of teachers but also emphasize the learner's dominant position and the collaborative learning in order to achieve better learning outcomes.
