| 摘 要： | 没有一流的师资,就没有一流的教育。教师的导学支持服务能力直接决定着开放大学的教学质量。本文从介绍开放大学基本情况入手,着重分析了开放大学教师应具备的五种基本能力,并结合学校实际,提出了提高教师导学能力的培养途径。
