日本学前教育中的教师角色与地位研究

摘    要:经过长期的保育实践和探索,无论是从教育理念上还是在具体的实践工作中,日本学前教育中关于教师角色和地位的要求都越来越明确,这也是日本学前教育不断完善的一个重要方面。日本幼儿园和保育园的教师在每天最基本的工作中,重心就是理解孩子,帮助孩子增加体验。所以,无论是以布置环境为主的日常的基本工作,还是相关的研究或进修,学前教育工作者都必须围绕着“尊重孩子的自主性,重视孩子的主体活动”,开展符合每个孩子发育和成长的工作。

Abstract:After a long-term observation and exploration, whether it is from the educational philosophy or in spe- cific practice work, the requirements of the teachers~ role and status in the Japanese pre-school educa- tion are increasingly clear, which reflects that continuous improvement is an important aspect in the Japanese pre-school education. The focus of Japanese kindergarten and nursery teachers in the basic daily work is to understand children, help them to increase the experience. So, whether in daily basic work based on the layout environment or relative research or advanced study, pre-school educators must, focusing on "respecting for the children" autonomy, paying attention to their main-part activi- ties", carry out the work in line with the development and the growth of each child.
