以党建为核心推进研究生德育工作的思考

研究生德育是研究生教育的重要组成部分,如何深化研究生德育工作,是德育工作者思考的重要问题.笔者认为,要以党建为核心,推进新时期研究生德育工作.首先,坚持把研究生党建贯穿于研究生德育工作的全过程;其次,加强研究生党支部建设;最后,加强党员教育管理,充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用.同时,研究生党建还要围绕研究生德育工作的根本任务,不断加强创新,重点加强研究生党组织在思想建设、组织建设和作风建设方面的创新,促进党建工作的规范化、制度化,并以此带动和促进研究生党建工作.

Reflection on Improving Postgraduates Moral Education Work with the Core of Party Construction

Moral education is the one of the most important component for postgraduates education, thus how to deepens it has become a very important issue for moral educators to reflect on. As the author considered, the work to improve postgraduates moral education should take Party construction as the core. Firstly, insist that Party construction in postgraduates impenetrate the entire process of moral education work for the postgraduates; Secondly, reinforce the Party branch construction among postgraduates; Finally, reinforce the management of the education on party members, bring the exemplary role of Party members into full play. At the same time, the work of postgraduates Party construction should center the fundamental tasks of postgraduates moral education and make constant innovation, which should emphasize on the ideological construction, system construction, and working style construction for the Party organizations. Thus to boost the standardization and institutionalization for the Party construction, to spur the Party construction among postgraduates.
