中韩劳务合作的互补性及政策推进

随着区域经济集团化步伐的加快,进一步开拓与周边国家的劳务合作是刻不容缓的优先选择,而中国与韩国隔海相望、文化相近、经济互补,在劳务合作方面大有可为。但在合作过程中难免出现一些问题,特别是韩国取消产业研修生制度之前。在韩国以雇佣许可制代替产业研修制之后,我国政府也需要给与一些政策上的支持。本文通过比较中韩两国劳动力市场的情况指出两国在劳务合作方面的互补性,在此基础上分析了中韩劳务合作的现状及最新动态。同时笔者也看到了在中韩劳务合作的过程中,尤其是在向韩国输出产业研修生的过程中所出现的问题与不足。在阐述和剖析这些问题和不足后,又进一步提出了加强中韩劳务合作尚需的相关政策
