媒体对司法独立之作用

The Role of the Media to Independence of the Judicial System Reform

At present, the reform of judicial system in our country is just at it＇s crossroad. Despite some good effects, the judicial independence still can＇t be guaranteed well. The pubic participation is the key for durable and stable reform. Media, as the medium of the public and the judicial organizations, and as the main place for pubic people to get information and to express their opinions, is inevitable to be the im- portant role to guarantee people to take part in judicial reform.
