工科院校专业教育与思想政治教育融合探析

工科高校专业教育与思想政治教育存在一定程度的分离现象。办学理念出现一定程度的偏差，专业教师奖励与考核机制偏离人才培养主线是导致专业教育与思想政治教育出现分离的主要原因。通过建立教师考核激励机制，提高专业教师行知自觉等途径实现专业教育与思想政治教育的融合。

Preliminary Study on the Fusion of Universities of Engineering Professional Education and Ideological and Political Education

A degree of separation phenomenon exists in the professional education and ideological and po- litical education in science and engineering universities. There are two main reasons lead to the separation of the professional education and ideological and political education. One reason is the deviation of School-running concept, and the other is the re＇ward and scoring system of professional teachers deviate from the main line of personnel training. Talent training quality can be further improved by promoting the fusion of the two aspects. To promote the fusion of the two aspects has very important practical signifi- cance to improve the quality of Talent training and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.
