终身教育思潮下我国高等教育自考的定位与发展契机

自高等教育自学考试制度确立以来，其在满足民众教育需求、普遍提高学历水平、推动高等教育大众化等方面作用显著。然随着终身教育思想的大力提倡，如何更好地保障学习者的学习权利、更多关注学习者自身主体性；如何认清自考不足、发挥白考优势，并使之在终身教育思潮的有利契机下自我完善，彼此促动，均业已成为备受学者关注的新课题。本文由问题着眼，进而对自学考试的性质、功能定位以及与终身教育两者之关系展开探讨。

The Positioning and Chance of Development for Higher Education Testing System for Self-study Students in China under the Trend of Life-long Education

Since the establishment of higher education testing system for self-study students,it has functioned well in terms of meeting people's education needs,raising the level of academic degree and promoting the popularization of higher education.However,as the advocating of life-long education,researchers have paid much attention on how to make clear the shortcomings of the testing system,how to guarantee the learning rights and self-development of people and how to take better advantage of the trend of life-long education to make the system perfect.Starting from the currently existing problems,this article focuses on its positioning and the relationship between the system and life-long education.
