| 摘 要： | 本文从提高师德建设思想认识方面进行分析，从提高教师思想道德素质方面，阐述了师德建设的重要性，围绕师德建设对教师教书育人工作的影响，提出了为培养教师良好的师德，教师应重视提高自己的思想认识，注重在工作中联系教书育人的实际以及加强教师队伍自身素质建设、提高抵御不良思想的侵袭的能力。
