摘    要:采用遗传算法对350-1500W6种规格的汽车永磁发电机进行了优化设计,获得了高质量的全局最优解。采用爪极与横向磁体布置相结合的转子结构,以永磁体为主、电励磁为辅助调节的并联此路,保证了汽车发动机在变速、变载工况下保持恒压的可靠性。

Abstract:After an analysis of Genetic Algorithm (GA), an optimal design for 6 automobile permanent magnet generators (with different standards) is offered, and global optimal solution is acquired. The constant voltage of automobile generator is achieved by using the rotor structure with a combination of claws and tangentially magnetized structure, and adopting permanent magnet as the main exciter and electric excitation as the auxiliary exciter.
