| 摘 要： | 自上世纪七八十年代以来,教师合作逐渐成为人们关注的热点.已有研究成果凸显了三个特点:内容涉猎范围广、理论研究源于教育实际问题,把国外的研究理论与中国实际相结合.学者们对教师合作的内涵、特征、价值、形式、影响因素、实践中存在的问题和重建策略等七个方面进行了研究.这七个方面的研究存在相应的问题,在今后的研究中需要加以改进.

| Abstract: | Since 1970s,teacher cooperation has gradually become important for three characteristics: extensivity,practicability,and compatibility of foreign theories with Chinese reality.Researches cover the meanings,features,values,forms,influences,problems and reconstruction.The seven aspects have corresponding problems and need to be improved in the future research. |
