| Abstract: | The standard of talent is that a person must have both ability and moral.Agentleman has the virtues of ambition,benevolence,righteousness,fidelity and intelligence.Such a person ought to be offered a suitable post.While choosing talent,three points should be paid attention to: not demanding perfection;bewaring of hypocrites;assessing a talented person objectively and fairly. |
