潘东公司B4煤层防突技术实践

为保证强突出煤层的安全施工,必须采取措施对其进行消突,潘东公司在西二采区-350~-430 m B4煤层下山的施工过程中,采取以巷帮钻场长钻孔抽放和迎头短孔排放相结合的综合防突措施,并运用防突预测图提前对巷道前方存在的可能引起突出的相关要素进行预测,提前采取强化消突措施,同时辅以规范、严格的现场管理,实现了强突煤层的安全施工;实践证明瓦斯抽放和钻孔排放是防治煤与瓦斯突出行之有效的措施。

Technology of Preventing Coal and Gas Outburst in B4 Coal Bed of Pandong Company

In order to secure the coaling in strong outburst coal bed,some measures should be adopted.During the working process in the B4 coal bed of No.2 district,gas drainage and short-hole discharge were comprehensively used to eliminate the coal and gas outburst,and combining the chart to forecast the dangerous problems possibly which may be lead to the outburst.In the meantime,standard and strict locale management is also important.Then,the safe coaling is achieved.Finally,the practice concludes that gas drainage and drilling discharge are the effective method to prevent coal and gas outburst.
