| 摘 要： | 察布查尔锡伯族早在240多年前就从东北迁徙到新疆伊犁地区,其语言文化受当地各民族的历史、文化、经济、习俗等因素的影响,已形成今天独具特色的多语现象及实施双语教育的历史现状。
