| 摘 要： | 客观世界是日趋复杂的，认知主体仅具有有限认知能力；理论上如何解释我们能够认识日趋复杂的世界呢？新的知识观认为知识是可以降低认知不确定性，减少被认知系统认知复杂性的感性经验或规律，知识具有“负熵”的性质。可以发展或利用已有对复杂性测量的研究成果对特定知识在一定范围内进行定量研究。

| Abstract: | Although cognitive subject only has bounded cognitive capability,the objective world gets complex more and more.How does theory fill this gap? After reviewing some well-known knowledge views,this paper proposed a new Knowledge view about complexity cognition.It argues that knowledge can be regarded as experiences or regulations,which can reduce or decline cognitions' uncertainty or complexity.It also means that knowledge has minus-entropy property.Based on this new knowledge view,people can develop new methods or utilize extant research to take quantitative research on knowledge. |
