| 摘 要： | ESP校企联合办学不仅可以解决英语专业人才培养和社会人才需求相脱节的现实，还可以为地方经济发展提供人力资源上的支持，本文分析了ESP校企联合办学的优势及存在的问题，在此基础上提出了一些解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,many English talents cultivated by universities are not those most demanded by enterprises,ESP University-enterprise joint School-running is a way to help to solve the problem.In this paper,a primary study is conducted on the advantages of ESP University-enterprise joint School-running and some problems universities might face when starting such a program,and some suggestions are further proposed to solve these problems. |
