| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会经济的发展,中国的酒店业蓬勃发展,而且是越来越豪华、越来越现代化。本文以《前厅与客房服务管理》课程为例,探讨其课程教学方法的改革与实践,希望通过这种尝试,培养出更多符合酒店实际需要的专业技能性人才。

| Abstract: | As the development of modern social economy,Chinese hotels have also experienced dramatic developments,with increasing luxurious and modernized hotels appearing.Using the course ＂Service Management of Antehall and Guest Room＂as example,the author has investigated into reform and practice of its teaching method,hoping to find feasible measures to train abundant professional and skill-oriented graduates conforming to actual need of hotels. |
