摘    要:追星现象在青少年群体中普遍存在,如何引导青少年正确地看待偶像,日益成为教育工作者和家长关注的焦点。“心理剧”这一心理健康教育方法,符合青少年的发展特点,选题来源于实际生活,易于理解和接受,形式轻松自由。心理剧包括指导者、主角、配角及观众四种基本角色,分为暖身、演出和分享三个阶段。本文通过一个青少年盲目追星的案例,介绍了心理剧的具体操作过程和技法。

Abstract:Idolatry is a common phenomenon among youth. How to help youth treat the idol properly is becoming more and more focused by parents and staff working in the field of education. Psychodrama, one form of mental health education, is easy to be understood and accepted, with the features of being suitable to developmental characteristics of youth, coming from real life and being easy and free. There are four basic roles including director, leading actor, supporting role and audience in psychodrama. There are also three phases including warm-up, performance and participation in psychodrama. This paper introduces psychodrama's specific working process and skills through a case of a youth idolater.
