| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国在吸收、利用外资方面取得了巨大成就，推动了我国经济的发展。但是我国中西部地区在利用外资方面还存在诸多问题，在分析中西部地区利用外资方面现状的基础上，提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Since China's reformation and opening to outside, our country has achieved a lot in absorbing and utilizing foreign capital to have pushed forward our country economy's development. However, there are still many problems in utilizing foreign capital by the west and middle regions of our country. On analyzing the present situation of utilizing foreign capital by the west and middle regions in our country, appropriate policies are put forward. |
