| 摘 要： | 运用经济学“信息不对称”理论对高校学生工作存在的逆向选择和道德风险进行分析和研究，详细地阐述了其表现及影响，指出了存在的源由，提出了一种基于校园网络下的抑制策略，并开发了高校学生工作综合信息管理系统。使用该系统对部分高校进行了试验．能够有效抑制学生工作中信息不对称现象，为高校学生工作有着重要的参考价值和实用意义。

| Abstract: | The economics ＂asymmetric information＂ theory is used to analyze and study the existing adverse selection and moral hazard in eollegestudent management. Their performance and impact are expounded in detail and the root source of them is pointed out. An inhibitory strategy based on campus network is put forward and College Student Comprehensive Information Management System is developed. This system is used in some colleges and the results show that it can effectively inhibit information asymmetry in student work, which is of important reference and real significance to college student work. |
