摘    要:教学名家是在一定区域或学科中享有广泛知名度与重要影响力的杰出教学工作者,其重要特征就是形成了自己的成熟、稳定、独特的教学风格。当代教学名家的教学风格具有重视保障学生的主体地位、追求灵活多样适宜的教学形式、注重提升课堂的教学效率、具备扎实的教学技能与学科专业功底等共性。探究当代教学名家教学风格的共性,能够帮助青年教师建立自己的教学风格,提升教育教学质量,促进学生身心和谐发展。

Abstract:Teaching masters have wide popularity and important influence in a certain area or discipline.Their feature is the mature,stable and unique teaching style.The teraching style of teaching masters of the time has the commonality of appreciating students’ principal position,pursuing flexible appropriate forms of teaching,emphasizing the improvement of the efficiency of classroom teaching and possessing professional skills of disciplines.The research into the commonality of the teaching masters of the time will help young teachers to create their own teaching style,to improve the quality of education and teaching and to promote the harmonious development of the students’ physical and mental.
