先思考国家外部的国际贸易和资本流动。国际贸易的要点在物品循环,资本流动的要点在货币循环。再思考国家内部的产出和就业量。既定的人口对应既定的就业量,既定的就业量对应不确定的产量。最好的结构是国内产出对应国外消费。国内产出对应国内消费不会真正增加就业岗位。产出与就业量的内在联系,可从就业岗位的劳动时间规定上找到一个新线索。经济长期的总需求和总供给永远是非均衡。凯恩斯坚信的＂短期规则＂,只针对当期,与上期和下期都割裂开。经济短期的供求总量均衡并非必然成立。相等的总产量对应着不相等的总价格,价格弹性成为数学处理上的无奈。分析汇率、税收、物价、货币和工资,也得出供求总量相等不过是理论上的一种假设。
