大学生就业指导中的问题及对策分析

摘    要:就业指导缺乏针对性;系统性和连续性的就业指导体系不健全;就业率水分过重;缺少职后关注,是高校在就业指导中存在的普遍问题.产生这些问题的原因主要有三个:一是高校的服务育人意识不够;二就业指导缺乏针对学生个性特点的长期培养规划;三是行政部门的考核评价机制不当.树立服务育人的意识;建立健全具有长远意义的大学生就业指导方案;改革考核评价机制,是解决上述问题的可行策略.

Abstract:Job-hunting Guidance lacks pertinence; systematic and continuous job-hunting guidance system is uncertain; employment rate is somewhat exaggerated; lacking concern for the students after their employment is the common problem in the job-hunting guidance in colleges and universities. There are mainly 3 factors that cause these problems: firstly, the sense of services is not strong enough; secondly, job-hunting guidance is lack of long-term training program in response to the individuality; thirdly, the administration assessment system is not proper. Developing a strong sense of responsibility and services; establishing far-sighted job-hunting guidance program for college students; reforming assessment system, are the practical strategies to solve above problems.
