新时期开放大学在高技能人才培养中的作用及发展思路

本文首先分析了开放大学与高技能人才培养的必要性，以及开放大学在高技能人才培养中的作用。之后，文章提出了新时期开放大学在高技能人才培养中发展思路，主要包括：加快开放大学办学思路改革，提升高技能人才培养意识；发挥政府引导作用，构建开放大学与人才培养对接体系；不断完善开放大学办学机制，构建良好的人才培养氛围。本文旨在结合开放大学的特点，探索其在新时期高技能人才培养中的作用及发展思路，为更好挖掘开放大学的价值和促进我国高技能人才培养工作开展提供参考。

On the Role and Development Ideas of Open Universities in the Training of Highly Skilled Talents in the New Era

This paper first analyzes the necessity of open univer-sities and highly skilled talent training, as well as the role of open universities in the training of highly skilled talents. After that, this paper presents the development ideas of open universities in the training of highly skilled talents in the new era, mainly including：accelerating the reform of open university educational ideas, en-hancing the awareness training of highly skilled talents; playing the guiding role of the government in the construction of a dock-ing system for open universities and talent training;continuing to improve the educational mechanism of open universities and constructing a favorable atmosphere for talent training. Combined with the characteristics of open universities, this paper aims to explore the role and development ideas of open universities in the training of highly skilled talents in the new era, so as to provide references for the better development of university students＆#39; value and the promotion of highly skilled talents training in China.
