四辊卷板机的优化设计

摘    要:卷板机是制造业中卷曲金属板和弯曲圆筒的主要设备之一。四辊卷板机具有对中方便、可使剩余直边很小的预弯功能以及矫圆精度高等优点,在厚板的卷制中应用广泛。本文介绍了四辊卷板机的特点、受力分析和几何参数,论述了四辊卷板机优化设计的步骤和方法。

Abstract:Rollers board machine is one of the main equipments, which is used to curl metals and bent cylinder in the manufacturing industry. The four rolls machine has many virtues, such as easy centering, per-bending in small margin, and high precision in the setting round. It is used broadly in the bending of thick plate. This paper introduces the characteristics of four-roll rolling machine and weighted analysis and geometric parameters. It also deals with the step and method of the optimum design of four-roll rolling machine.
