职教集团品牌文化建设途径研究

摘    要:职教集团作为相对松散的办学联盟。要想保持持久的竞争力,就要依靠品质的提升,即加强品牌文化建设。主要包括品牌文化塑造和融合两个方面。其中,在品牌文化塑造上,主要通过国学传统文化的发扬、地域商帮文化的展现、地域产业特色的凸显等来达到目的;在品牌文化融合上,主要通过唤醒成员的主动意识,制定合理的制度,营造互融的职业环境等来寻求方法。

Abstract:As a relatively loose education alliance, in order to keep the lasting competitiveness, the vocational education group must rely on quality improvement. That is the problem about how to strengthen the construction of brand culture. Two aspects construction way are discussed, which are shaping and integrating. Shaping the brand culture includes carrying forward the traditional ancient Chinese culture, showing regional commercial culture, highlighting the regional characteristics. Integrating the brand culture includes awakening of the members' consciousness, establishing reasonable system, creating the integrated occupation environment and so on.
