| Abstract: | From the perspective of management science, the following paper analyzes several pairs of conflicts, in the college student management, which are between compulsion and instruction, praise and criticism, teaching by words and teaching by action, and management innovation and tradition development. Along with the analysis, it also conducts some facts study based on the real practice. |
