| 摘 要： | 神秘的民间传说是吴真人和妈祖信仰的要素之一，又是其传播的重要推动力。通过对有关吴真人和妈祖信仰传说的比较研究，发现两之间有不少相似之处，同时又指出两种传说的交叉及在清初的差异。
