| 摘 要： | 循环经济作为一种以实现可持续发展为战略目标的新型经济发展模式,为世界各国提供了一个重要的发展契机。发展循环经济,是我国从根本上转变经济增长方式,落实科学发展观,实现经济社会可持续发展的必然选择。综合循环经济的发展现状,应通过健全法律法规、加强规划指导、调整经济结构及加快技术创新等多方面采取有力措施,才能加快发展循环经济,真正将科学发展观落到实处。

| Abstract: | Recyclingbased economy as a strategic objective to achieve sustainable development for the new economic development model for the countries of the world provides an important opportunity for development.The development of recyclingbased economy is the inevitable choice of our country to fundamentally change the mode of economic growth,implemente the scientific development concept and realize the sustainable economic and social development.To sum up the development of the present condition of recyclingbased economy,we should improve laws and regulations,strengthen programming to be guided,adjust economic structure and speed technique innovation and adopt emollient measure in many ways,so as to accelerate the development of recyclingbased economy,and really implement the scientific development concept. |
