摘    要:20世纪西方主要有四种教育组织理论。从历史的观点看,在这四种教育组织理论的指导下。人们对学校组织的认识经历了由学校是工厂、学校是家庭、学校是联盟集合体到学校是松散结合系统的历史转变。从单一组织理论来认识学校的特性是具有片面性的,因此厘清四种教育组织理论视阁下的学校观为人们认识学校组织系统的复杂性和实现学校的生态发展有所启发。

Abstract:There are four educational organization theories in western counties in 20th century. From the view of history, the cognition of school organization that knew by people went through the transformation from school as factory, as family, as allied aggregation to school as incompact combined system. The paper indicates that it is unilateral to analyze the characteristics of school from a single organizational theory,so it is valuable for people to understand the complexities of school and to realize the ecological development.
