| 摘 要： | 在整个教育领域中,高等教育是女性参与率最少的领域,但随着时间的推移,进入高校从事学术性职业的女性将越来越多,而高校女教师的职业状态也逐渐引起了人们的关注。高校女教师常由于性别角色导致职业倦怠呈现出特殊性,本文从主客两方面对高校女教师的职业倦怠进行分析,并给出了相应的应对策略。

| Abstract: | Women teacher seldom joined the field of senior education in the whole education field.However,as the time went on,more and more women teachers took up academic profession and the professional state of women teacher also drew people 's attention gradually.The sexual role of college women teacher led to the professional weariness and showed the particularity.This article analyzed the professional weariness from two aspects of subjective and objective and gave the measures. |
