| 摘 要： | 本文简述了我国农业生态环境保护法法律体系建设情况,分析我国在加入WTO后农业生态环境法制体系面临的挑战和存在的问题,提出了加强农业环境保护法律制定、修订和研制农业环境标准,提高行政性保护监督等适应我国实际情况的解决途径.
