| 摘 要： | 徽商“贾而好儒”是徽学研究中的主流观点，随着研究的深入，也出现了一些新的看法。歙县长龄郑氏是晚明兴起的著名徽商家族，对该家族文献的研究表明，长龄郑氏致富后，出现了较为明显的“脱贾入儒”现象，并对其发展和最终命运产生了十分复杂的影响。

| Abstract: | It is a popular viewpoint that the Huizhou merchant trading while favoring Confucianism.Along with the progress of study,there came some different opinion.The Zheng family of Changling Shexian was very famous merchant during the late Ming dynasty.The documents of this family showed that it was an obvious phenomenon that the Huizhou merchant escaping trade and embracing Confucianism after being rich.This phenomenon made very complex influence on the development and destiny of Huizhou merchant. |
