| Abstract: | The developmental teaching evaluation characterized is a constructive and multilateral evaluation which aims to increasing the values of educational activities. Teacher development, student advancement and teaching improvement are its essential aims. Its basal character is multi - interaction, value - added reflection, establishing in process, facing the future, and so on. In addition, it has systemic evaluation index system, implementation process and supporting measures. |
