摘    要:发展性教学评价是一种以教育活动价值增值为目的的多元互动评价理念,促进教师发展、学生进步和教学改进是其三大根本目的,立足过程、多元互动、尊重差异、增值反思、面向未来、重在发展是其基本特征。其有着完整的评价指标体系、实施过程及必要的外力保障。

Abstract:The developmental teaching evaluation characterized is a constructive and multilateral evaluation which aims to increasing the values of educational activities. Teacher development, student advancement and teaching improvement are its essential aims. Its basal character is multi - interaction, value - added reflection, establishing in process, facing the future, and so on. In addition, it has systemic evaluation index system, implementation process and supporting measures.
