摘    要:随着我国国有企业改革的深化与市场经济的建立和完善,越来越多的企业具有了现代企业制度,企业高级管理人员已形成了一个逐步壮大的社会群体。由于这一阶层特殊的社会地位和社会价值,理顺其与公司之间的收入分配关系已显得越来越重要。建立一套科学的激励、约束机制,推行年薪制,是当前国有企业改革中必须认真研究的课题。

Abstract:With the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and establishment and perfection of market economy,more and more enterprises have established a system of modern enterprises.In the state-owned enterprises,the higher executives who have just been freed from the administrative relation form an enlarging social group.For their special social status and social value,to perfect the reform of state-owned enterprises,it is very important to set up a system with incentives and restrictions to solve the distribution of income between the enterprises and higher executives.
